These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Naniday (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Naniday provides informational and entertainment content about Japanese daily events, commemorative days, and related suggestions (nearby spots, gift ideas, etc.). It does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or business status of any third-party location, product, or service it references.

1. Description of the App

Naniday shows Japanese daily events and commemorative days along with related content, such as nearby spot suggestions, gift ideas, and a compass tool for seasonal customs. Some content is generated automatically (for example, dates that vary by year) and may occasionally be inaccurate or outdated.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or public order and morals;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code except as permitted by law;
Use the App in any way that infringes the rights of Naniday or any third party.

3. Subscriptions (Naniday Premium)

Naniday offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Naniday Premium") that removes advertisements and provides unlimited favorites. Key terms:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions) after purchase. Cancelling does not affect the current active subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Third-Party Content and Links

The App may direct you to third-party services, including Amazon product search results, map/location search results, and services such as Google AdMob and RevenueCat. Naniday is not responsible for the content, accuracy, pricing, or availability of any third-party site or service.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Naniday does not guarantee that suggested nearby spots are currently open, that suggested gifts are available for purchase, or that any date-based content is free of error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naniday and its developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes to the App or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location.
